Job Responsibilities 1. Independently manage the department’s product operations, including but not limited to gathering and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking post‑launch product performance. 2. Based on operational objectives and the current product landscape, establish effective data tracking mechanisms, drive the optimization of operational strategies in line with business development needs, and oversee the implementation and execution of online product promotion campaigns to achieve KPI targets. 3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, stay informed about competitor activities, and conduct competitive analysis. 4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes to enhance business efficiency.
