Up to now, employees in the management who have achieved a bachelor sdegree and other higher educations are respectively 30% and 6O%. ISO qualitymanagement system and ISO environmental management system have been strictlyimplemented. Working division is clear and in good order and the rewarding andpunishing system is equitably and properly practiced. As such, various technical and Imanagerial skill trainings are carried out regularly.
