Job Description

1. Able to independently manage the department’s product operations, including but not limited to gathering and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking product performance after launch.

2. Able to establish effective data tracking mechanisms based on operational objectives and the current product status, drive optimization of operational strategies in line with business development needs, and be responsible for the implementation and execution of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets.

3. Continuously track product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitor activities, and conduct competitive analysis.

4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes and optimize business efficiency.

 

Job Requirements

1. Possesses strong analytical skills and logical thinking, is highly responsible, has excellent stress‑resistance, and can independently complete projects.

2. Possess insightful thinking, independent analytical skills, strong learning and innovation capabilities, and excellent verbal communication skills.

3. Passionate about product operations and eager to embrace innovation and tackle challenging problems.

4. Proficient in creating PRDs and wireframes; preference given to candidates with banking experience or familiarity with installment e‑commerce, community e‑commerce, or online earning industries.

5. Possess strong resilience, execution skills, and learning ability.
